OI (operating instructions)
1.Connect the random power cord to the light box, connect the other
end of the plug to the power supply socket, and connect the power
(220V50HZ).
2.First press the red button ON the left (master switch), then
lightly press the ON/OFF button ON the panel of the color light
box. The LCD LCD module (with backlight illumination) will display
the power ON, and display the name of each light source and the
cumulative use time.
3.Press F, D65, TL84, UV, CWF key can switch automatically, also
can open a variety of light sources at the same time (press at the
same time).In the case of a single light source, the display time
is the name and use time of the corresponding light source; in the
case of multi-light source startup, the name and use time of the
started light source will be displayed in flow.The CLR key on the
keypad is used for reset and zeroing, effective when a single light
source is activated.
4.The tested product is placed in the middle of the bottom plate of
the light box.Observe Angle with 90 degrees light source, 45
degrees line of sight is advisable.The proper Angle can be adjusted
according to the switch of the item under test to achieve excellent
detection effect.
5.Turn OFF the power ON/OFF button. The power should be turned off
if it is not used for a long time.
6.When changing new lamp tube, all sorts of illuminant (tube) have
corresponding position to install, cannot the position of lamp tube
is reversed.After the replacement of the old lamp tube, the
original service time shall be reset to start the timing again.
Reset method: open the replaced lamp tube, insert the screwdriver
into the circular hole in the CLR center, and press the key (the
service time of other light tubes will not be reset).
Note: do not use the CLR key at will, in case the timing system
time is reset by mistake.
7.The light box is equipped with a variety of standard light
sources, all installed in the fixed position of the light box, the
position can not be reversed.
8.The external power supply of the equipment must have a grounding
device to ensure the safe use.
